The following examples help you understand the benefits at different levels.

Examples

  1. What does the $5,000 point of sale limit mean on my Diamond Prime level? Can I make a purchase at a store with my physical card for up to $5,000 in one transaction?

Answer: The $5,000 point of sale limit means that you can spend $5,000 total per day in a rolling 24-hour period and you can either have several purchases totaling $5,000 or one purchase equaling $5,000.

  2. What is the difference between over the counter and Point of Sale (POS)?

Answer: Point of sale means the total purchase amount. Over the counter is cash from the register. For example, if you go to a store and use the card to buy groceries for $50 and receive cash of $20, the grocery purchase for $50 is POS and the $20 is over the counter.

  3. There is a $500 ATM withdrawal limit and a $1,000 total daily cash withdrawal limit with my Diamond Prime level. What is the difference?

Answer: The $1,000 total daily cash withdrawal is the combined amount of the $500 daily ATM withdrawal limit and the $500 daily over the counter limit.

  4. What does a $2,750 Combined ATM and POS Daily limit mean for my Gold Prime level?

Answer: Gold Prime members have a $2,500 total daily limit for purchases (POS) and and additional $250 total daily ATM cash withdrawal.
