Your account status (full or limited) is based on the validation level you have completed. US regulations require us to comply with Know Your Customer (KYC) practices in order to allow customers to trade cryptocurrency. When you have completed KYC, your account will be fully verified and you will have full access to trading, spending, and sending cryptocurrency.
If you have a limited account, you can mint digital collectibles but not buy or sell cryptocurrency.
Follow the instructions below to see if you have a limited account and can upgrade to the full account.
Web App
Go to Settings > Profile > Register. If you have a limited account, you will see a QR code to complete your full signup on the mobile app.
Mobile App
On IOS you can tap Registration at the top right to see your current progress.
On Android click the Gear icon in the mobile app to go to settings. The option to complete your profile setup indicates you do not have a full account and you can upgrade.
