Note: The physical CoinZoom card will be available around the end of November, 2024. Please use the virtual card in the meantime. 


Physical CoinZoom Crypto Debit cards are available to customers all over the world in over 150 countries.


Order a CoinZoom Visa Debit card from the Spend tab (web: Portfolio -> Spend Wallet). 


Note: To order a CoinZoom Crypto Debit card you must first Fund Your Account and have at least $10 of value in your account. The account value can be in any combination of USD and crypto.

Once your account is funded:

  1. Go to Spend in the app. (Portfolio -> Spend Wallet on web)
  2. Tap on Physical Card (Gear icon on web)
    In the app, navigate to the Spend Wallet and choose the physical card.
    Click the gear on the web to order a physical card.
  3. Click "Order Card"
  4. Verify your address and choose the delivery method. Be sure you have sufficient ZOOM tokens in your account to pay for shipping.
    Cards can only be sent to physical locations, not to a Post Office box. 


Your card should arrive in the mail in 5-7 business days.


You can upgrade your card at any time without ordering a new one. Simply buy enough ZOOM to take you to the next Prime level.


Note: Please be aware that the numbers for the physical card and virtual card are different.
