You can receive supported digital currencies into your CoinZoom wallet by sharing your wallet address directly with the sender.
Important Warning
Once a transaction is sent, it cannot be undone or reversed. Always ensure the cryptocurrency is sent to its matching wallet address on a supported chain. For example, only send Bitcoin (BTC) to a BTC wallet address on the Bitcoin Network.
How to Find Your Wallet Address or QR Code
Log into the CoinZoom app.
Tap Wallet.
Select the cryptocurrency to receive.
Tap Receive.
Copy the wallet address or save the QR code.
Share it with the sender.
Warning: Be sure to send on the network listed when viewing your recieve address. Also ensure that you include any relevant Memo or Tag. Funds sent on the wrong network or without the Memo or Tag when required are usually lost and nearly impossible to recover by CoinZoom. There is also a high cost to attempt a recovery. There is no limit to the amount of crypto you can receive.
Deposit Times
Most deposits from external wallets appear in your account almost instantly. However, network congestion or other factors may delay processing for up to one hour.
If your deposit has not appeared after one hour:
Verify the funds were sent to the correct wallet address.
Locate your transaction’s HashID (Transaction Hash).
This request requires assistance from our support team and will be handled by creating a support ticket. Include the HashID so our team can assist you.
