Some methods for depositing funds require that the funds be kept within the account for a hold period determined by the banking institution. This hold period allows for disputes to be made and the funds returned without question, if necessary. Please see: Funding Method Comparison for details on hold times.

Please follow these steps to check when you can make a withdrawal or a transfer of your recent card or ACH deposit. The screenshots may be slightly different based on the device being used.

On the Website

  1. Log into trade.coinzoom.com 
  2. Select Portfolio (A)
  3. Click on the Withdrawal Restrictions button (B)


  4. You will see a pop-up with the Transaction Date and the date on which funds can be withdrawn  

CoinZoom Pro App

  1. Log into the CoinZoom Pro App and click on the menu icon
  2. Select Portfolio
  3. Tap on the Withdrawal Restrictions (shown in Yellow)
  4. You will see a pop-up with the Transaction Date and the date on which funds can be withdrawn

CoinZoom App

  1. Login to the CoinZoom App and click on the wallet in the bottom left corner
  2. Select US Dollar
  3. At the bottom of the screen, you will see the recent Deposits and Dates on which funds can be withdrawn
