Third-Party Accounts

To protect your funds and comply with financial regulations, USD deposits and withdrawals cannot be made to or from third-party accounts. Any USD transfers — whether by card, wire, ACH, or other methods — must be to or from an account that matches the name, address, and phone number on your CoinZoom account.

Cryptocurrency transfers are allowed to and from most external wallets, provided they are in jurisdictions that permit such transactions.

Joint Accounts

If you have a joint bank account and want to send a wire to your own CoinZoom account or your spouse’s CoinZoom account:

  1. Upload a copy of your joint bank statement showing:

    • Both account holders’ names

    • Current address

    • Account number (with all but the last 4 digits blacked out)

    • Wire reference number

    • Any other sensitive information should be blacked out

You may also send a wire to your own CoinZoom account and then use ZoomMe to send the funds to your spouse’s or another CoinZoom account, once any withdrawal hold time has expired.

Restrictions

  • Joint CoinZoom accounts are not permitted.

  • The CoinZoom Visa Debit Card can only be issued in the account holder’s name.

  • Only one active card can be issued at a time; no spare or additional cards are allowed.
