CoinZoom only supports specific digital currencies. Sending any unsupported cryptocurrency or token to a CoinZoom wallet address will result in permanent loss of funds.
Due to the irreversible nature of blockchain transactions and the way CoinZoom secures private keys, funds sent using an unsupported token cannot be accessed or recovered under normal circumstances.
