How to Change Your Phone Number
Follow these instructions to update your phone number in your CoinZoom account:
- Sign in to your account using your username, password, and the two-factor authentication (2FA) code from your authentication app.
- Go to Settings.
- Select Profile (or Personal on the mobile app).
- Enter your new phone number and save the changes.
If you still have access to your account, updating your phone number through settings is the fastest and most secure option.
However, if you no longer have access to the account associated with your old phone number and you're unable to create a new account because your number is still linked to it, please contact our Support team for assistance.

Warning: For your protection, all transactions into or out of your account will be restricted for 48 hours after your phone number is changed. This includes withdrawals, deposits, transfers, and spending. However, you may still buy and sell cryptocurrency.
