The Transactions tab in your CoinZoom account allows you to view deposits, withdrawals, purchases, sales, and more. It’s important to check the correct currency when reviewing your transaction history.
Choosing the Correct Currency
Use the dropdown menu in the upper-right of the Transactions tab to select the currency you want to view—such as USD, BTC, ETH, LTC, or ZOOM. This selection determines how your transaction history is displayed.
For example:
If USD is selected and you purchased 1 LTC for $59.02, the transaction will appear as "Sell 59.02", because you sold $59.02 to purchase Litecoin.
If LTC is selected instead, the same transaction will appear as "Buy 1.0000", since you bought 1 LTC.
Troubleshooting Missing Transactions
If you don’t see any transactions listed, try the following:
Select a currency you've traded or used (like USD or USDT).
Adjust or clear the Start Date and End Date fields to widen the search range.
Check the Transaction Type dropdown and make sure no filters are selected. Leaving all boxes unchecked will show all transaction types.
This tab helps track your activity across different assets and ensures your records are up to date.
