You may only associate two different debit cards with your CoinZoom Account. You will get this error when you try to deposit using a third card.
Resolve this by either using one of the cards that is already registered to your account or have us disable one of the saved debit card(s) for you so you can use the new one.
Please create a support ticket for this indicating that you want us to disable your debit card. Provide the below details in the ticket:
A clear and legible picture of the front and back of the new card.
A clear and legible picture of the front and back of the card(s) you would like deactivated.
Note: Your name and the last 4 digits of the card number must be visible on the pictures. For your protection, please do not send the entire card number.
If the name on the card matches the name on the account, we will disable the old card(s) and respond to you with a confirmation.
