An account can become inaccessible for several reasons. It may be permanently closed or temporarily deactivated. This article explains the possible causes and how to regain access.
Blocked or Disabled Accounts
Your account may be blocked or disabled to protect its security. If suspicious activity is detected, CoinZoom will block the account to safeguard your assets. You can create a support ticket to see if it can be unblocked once any potential threat is resolved.
If your account was blocked for violating our Terms and Conditions, it is unlikely it can be reactivated. Violations can include chargebacks on card deposits or suspicious account activity. While we can usually share the cause, there are some cases where details cannot be disclosed.
User-Disabled Accounts
You may have disabled your own account within the CoinZoom app. If so, refer to the article Regaining Access to a Disabled Account for steps to reactivate it.
Closed Accounts
If you requested to close your account, it has been permanently closed. You would have been given the opportunity to withdraw any remaining funds before closure. Closed accounts cannot be reopened. If you wish to use CoinZoom again, you must create a new account using a different email address.
