In addition to the iOS and Android mobile apps, CoinZoom offers a web app that lets you access your account from any tablet, laptop, or desktop computer. The web app includes the same features as the mobile versions. This article provides an overview of how to navigate the web app, how to access it, and step-by-step instructions for common tasks. All portions of this article refer to the web app by default.


Note: To log in to the CoinZoom web app, visit www.coinzoom.com and click "Login" in the upper-right corner. Enter your account credentials to securely access your dashboard, manage funds, and complete transactions.

Navigating the Interface

Top Navigation Bar:

Access key sections like Trade, Portfolio, Transactions, and Settings. You can also switch between dark/light mode and view your account settings here.

Trade:

The main page you land on after logging in.

Left Side Panel:

Select your desired trading pair (e.g., BTC/USD, ETH/ZUSD). You can also search and star pairs to create a customized watchlist.

Center Chart Panel:

Powered by TradingView, this is where you’ll see price movements and apply technical indicators. You can customize the chart by selecting options to change your time frame, candle or bar styles, themes, and studies.

Right Order Book & Trades:

Monitor buy and sell orders in real time and track completed trades in the market.

Bottom Left Order Entry:

This is where you can place market, limit, or stop-limit orders. Set your order type, amount, and pricing – then click Buy or Sell.

Portfolio:

View your different wallets, overview of all your funds, Trade Wallet, Spend Wallet.

Overview:

Shows all your crypto coins and USD wallet. You can toggle "Hide Zero Balances" to remove coins with no funds.

Trade Wallet:

Shows all the coins in your trade wallet—this excludes coins that would be in your earn wallet.

Spend Wallet:

This is where you will set your Spend Wallet configuration to choose which coin you want to use when using your Physical or Virtual CoinZoom Visa Debit Card.

Transactions:

View your crypto trades, debit card transactions, monthly statements, and tax data.

Settings:

You are able to change some account settings from here. Change account info and password, locate your 2 Factor Authentication secret key, Add bank account, and more! If you are changing your address within 6 months of creating your account, you will have to verify your address and create a support ticket (support.coinzoom.com) to unblock the account to change the information. Your KYC information can only be done on the mobile app.

How to Place a Trade

Placing a trade on the web app is located in the bottom left corner of your screen.

To complete a trade:

  1. Select a Trading Pair – Use the search bar in the left panel to find the pair you want.
  2. Choose Your Order Type – Options include Market, Limit, and Stop-Limit.
  3. Enter Order Details – Specify the amount and price (if applicable).
  4. Execute the Trade – Click Buy or Sell to submit.
  5. Monitor Your Order – Track it under the Open Orders tab.

To cancel a pending trade:

  1. Open the Trade tab
  2. Find the "Open Orders" tab
  3. Locate the order and use the red cancel button

Pro Tips

  • Use “Market Order” for speed, especially during volatile periods.

  • Use “Limit Order” for control.

Note: Limit orders can fill at a worse price than the current market price.

  • Use ZOOM tokens to receive trading fee discounts.

Understanding the Transactions Tab

Monthly Statements

In the Transactions tab, you can access monthly account statements. To do so:

  1. Enter the "Transactions" tab
  2. Select "Statements"
Here, all monthly statements can be accessed and downloaded.

Account History

Underneath the "Transactions" tab, you can find your transaction history. The information displayed can be exported in an Excel or CSV format. Above the account history, use filters to access specific transactions.

Tax Data and CoinTracker

In the "Transactions" tab, you can access the "Tax Data" button. There, you can select a date range and export the transaction history to CoinTracker.io.

Note: CoinTracker setup is required in the "Tax Center" found in Settings. Follow all instructions on this page.

You may be eligible to receive an IRS Form 1099-MISC if:

  • You are a CoinZoom Customer
  • You are a U.S. Citizen
  • You earned $600 or more in miscellaneous income

Debit Card Options

To reissue, freeze, or cancel your debit card:

  1. Open the "Portfolio" tab

  2. Enter the "Spend Wallet"

Note: You cannot view card numbers in the web app; this feature is only in the mobile app.

Withdrawal Restriction Hold Times

Some deposit methods require a hold period to prevent fraud. Withdrawal restrictions can only be viewed through the web app.

To determine the release date for any funds:

  1. Log in at trade.coinzoom.com
  2. Enter the "Portfolio" tab
  3. Click "Withdrawal Restrictions"
Here you can access any transaction date and when the funds can be withdrawn.


All holds are designed to protect against fraudulent activity. Bank dispute policies determine the length of debit card holds, which cannot be overridden.

How to Deposit Funds:

  1. Enter the "Portfolio" tab
  2. Tap "Trading Wallet"
  3. Select "Deposit" on the USD row
  4. Select the amount to deposit
  5. Enter all card information and "Submit"
